This is a healthy replacement for the peanut butter. It is a light breakfast that works great on toast. It stays good for more than a week in the fridge, and even longer in the freezer.

-3 cups raw sunflowers seeds
-5 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
-1 teaspoon salt
-3 to 4 big garlic cloves

METHOD

-soak the seeds 4 to 6 hours in enough water to cover (about 1 1/4 cup).

-with a food processor, blend soaked sunflowers seeds and other ingredients until smooth.
