This Nutella-like spread is a good breakfast for Kids. The sugar comes from fruit ( dry date is a natural sugar). Be sure to buy the Cacao without sugar. Try the carob powder instead of Cacao. Remember that chocolate and regular sugar can make children very active.

<p>2 cups dates cut in half (this is to be sure there&#8217;s no pit) <br />1 cup boiling water </p>
<p>METHOD </p>
<p>1. Put the dates in a jar. <br />2. Add the boiling water. Let soak for half to one hour. <br />3. Blend with a hand mixer or a food processor until pureed. </p>
